Wellness in property development

Wellness and health becomes the latest selling point for property now. While many prefer to have strategic location which is closer to the mature community with sufficient facilities, they will like to consider safety as one of the major factor. That explain why gated and guarded community is pre requisite now. The enhance of property value for existing community with guards vindicated the importance of security factor. However, the latest trend seem to be how green and equip a neighbourhood area for wellness and healthy living support system. People do not mind to pay subscription for club house activities or complimentary for medical checkup. The fear of living next to modern wellness centre with health facilities like spa is things of the past.

It is commonly known that more and more households install water filter system for drinking and personal use. More also buying organic food for health reason. I am wondered whether in years to come, due to awareness on health and environment degradation, houses will have water filter system as basic infrastructure, and rooftop garden as a must, oxygen station as an option and alert system linking to medical centre are all part and parcel of the design in our house. Who know?

More and more people concern about health and living in a sick suburb. This concern about health will definitely push the market looking for better solution for living, I am sure.
